Pilates is a form of exercises which concentrates a strengthening the body with an emphasis on core strength to improve general fitness and wellbeing. Pilates exercises are done on a mat or using special equipment, such as the Reformer, the Cadillac and Wunda Chair.

History of Pilates- 


Pilates has something to offer people of all ages and level of ability and fitness, from beginners to elite athletes.

It is recommended to check with your health professional if you haven't exercised for a while are older or pregnant or have health problems.

Pilates may not be recommended if you have the following condition 

-Unstable blood pressure

-Severe osteoporosis

-A risk of blood clots

-Acute disc problem

- The class size is 8-10 people
